Goods ordered from our website should almost always be in stock if the site accepts your order. We shall endeavour to despatch the item within two working days, but during busy show periods this timescale may be extended, and goods may be delivered up to ten working days from order placement. Exceptionally, if we cannot supply an item, we shall seek your further instructions.
For UK addresses a £4 (inclusive of VAT) carriage and packing charge is applied to all orders at the checkout. Goods remain the property of Trappings Ltd until fully paid for.
Products will be sent out by post or by carrier, and a signature will usually be required on delivery. Please note any damage to packaging by your signature, and for valuable items keep or photograph the damaged packaging.
Goods suffering transit damage or discovered to be faulty on delivery must be reported to us by post or Email within ten (calendar) days of receipt. Instructions will be forwarded on how to return the faulty item, and it will be replaced. Moreover, we shall refund the postage costs incurred relative to our return instructions. Such refund will not apply to any returns not pre-authorised.
We hope that you will be entirely satisfied with your new product, but if not you can return it to us. Provided that we receive it in pristine condition (ie to sell as new) within 10 days from your receiving it, we shall issue a refund to the credit or debit card used for the original purchase to the value of the product less a £15 re-stocking charge, or we can credit the full value against another product (once only). From 11 to 30 days we would credit 75% of the purchase value less the £15 re-stocking charge as above. Note: Return carriage, both in terms of cost and the maintenance of a product's good condition, and insurance, are the customer's responsibility. Items not received in good condition (including the product's packaging and accessories) will not be credited. Such items will be held for a minimum of one month before disposal, but can be forwarded if we receive instructions and relevant postage.
