Guarantees
Unless stated otherwise in the product description, all of our new products are guaranteed against manufacturing faults for one year from the date of purchase, during which time Trappings Ltd will rectify the problem free of charge. Certain models may have extended manufacturer's guarantees, the parts & labour element of which may be stated in a model's description (parts-only cover may be considerably longer).

Re-stocking charge
Items returned within 10 days, undamaged and without a manufacturing fault will be subject to an £15 re-stocking charge. Please refer to the "Returns" section.
