Orders and Delivery
Goods ordered from our website should almost always be in stock if the site accepts your order. We shall endeavour to despatch the item within two working days, but during busy show periods this timescale may be extended, and goods may be delivered up to ten working days from order placement. Exceptionally, if we cannot supply an item, we shall seek your further instructions. Credit card and cheque payments are not generally transacted until the item is ready for despatch.
Prices stated on this site include carriage and packing, the price stated is all that you pay. Goods remain the property of Trappings Ltd until fully paid for.
Transit damage
Products will be sent out by post or by carrier, and a signature will be required on delivery.
Please note any damage to packaging by your signature, and for valuable items keep or photograph the damaged packaging.
Goods suffering transit damage or discovered to be faulty on delivery must be reported to us by post or Email within ten (calendar) days of receipt. Instructions will be forwarded on how to return the faulty item, and it will be replaced. Moreover, we shall refund the postage costs incurred relative to our return instructions.
